Not chatbots bolted onto a workflow. Each agent has a name, a job and its own persistent memory of what it has already learned about this company. They pull work from a shared task graph with real dependencies and priorities, and they keep running overnight.
Nothing they write reaches a customer, or even reaches me, without passing a gate: a set of rules that can block a message outright or rewrite it before it ships. When an agent gets something wrong, the correction is written back into its memory, so the same mistake costs us once.
That machine is what runs the five units below. We are 100% bootstrapped, we have never taken investment, and every product started with less than $100.
Software, media, alt data, intelligence and a research lab. One flat, no hierarchy.
Five units, one flat · each run by the same AI team
The SaaS you know. Small, focused tools, each one started with less than $100 and profitable from day one: Dealflow Alerts for micro-PE deal sourcing, Fastlien and Fastland for liens, deeds and land, Leadbrew, Leadhall and Rentbrew for leads, Sponsorbrew for sponsorship analytics, Cart for e-commerce data, and Fattura Express for Italian invoicing.
We don’t build one big product. We keep subtracting features and spinning them out as new, niche-focused software - and there are more than the ones named here.
Aside from building from scratch, we run an alternative, bootstrapped fund: products with little or no revenue that we can improve fast and cross-sell across the portfolio, always as full buyouts. Read more.
Audiences we own outright. Treendly is a trend-spotting platform for makers and investors, while AffittiBari, AffittiNapoli, AffittiPalermo and MilanoRentals are the rental marketplaces people in those cities actually search for.
No platform risk: the traffic is ours, and our own software monetises it.
We provide alternative data to funds. Running the products means collecting the signal behind them: Google Trends demand history, company news and hiring signals, DTC storefronts and their catalogues, and county-level tax liens and deeds.
We clean it, version it and deliver it for institutional research.
The world is changing faster than any of us can keep up with: geopolitics, markets, technology, the slow shifts beneath the noise. Intelligence is our attempt to make sense of it.
It’s a quiet, always-on system that watches global signals and turns them into something we can actually read.
A research lab we run together with Dr. Valentina Fioretti, a pediatric resident, working where machine learning meets pediatrics and neurology.
Children’s brains leave signals long before anyone can name what they mean. Nosis is our attempt to read them earlier: models built on real clinical questions, studied slowly and honestly.
